聽到老師在人資領域的多年經驗,了解到人資的運作模式,以及什麼樣的人才能獲得企業青睞。台灣產業轉型的過程中,對於人才的要求也不斷變化,不只是人資領域的從業人員需要熟悉社會趨勢變化,應徵者也要掌握最新趨勢以及企業對於人才需求的變化。

這是我第一次接觸人力資源領域的知識,老師深入淺出的講解讓我能在短時間對於人資有初步的認識,即使我日後並不一定會投入人資領域的工作,但藉由講座中老師的介紹讓我知道自己作為一個應徵者,應具備、展現何種能力才能吸引到HR的目光。

我期許自己在畢業後能盡快找到最適合自己的位置,以老師的經驗為努力標竿,會在求職的過程中不斷充實自己,讓自己能一點一滴地進步!

Not only are practitioners in the field of human resources need to be familiar with changes in social trends, but candidates also need to grasp the latest trends and the changes in business needs for qualified personnel.This is my first contact with human resources field of knowledge, the teacher explain profound theories in simple language to enable me to have a preliminary understanding of the human resources in a short time Even though I may not necessarily be involved in the field of human resources in the future, The introduction of the teacher let me know that as a candidate, should have to show what kind of ability to attract the attention of HR.

I expect myself to find the place that suits me best as soon as I graduate, with the teacher’s experience as a goal. I will continue to enrich myself in the job search process, so that l can progress bit by bit!
